The New York Knicks duo Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire are aiming for their first back to back win for the first time when Anthony was being trade in New York from Denver against the team who also acquired Devin Harris from a trade, the Utah Jazz. The game was held in Madison Square Garden Arena, New York on March 7, 2011. Chauncey Billups did not play for the fourth straight game after a collision in Orlando. It was a high scoring game as the two teams eager to win to enter the playoffs which will be played soon with less than 20 games left for each team.
The dynamic duo of the New York Knicks namely Stoudemire and Anthony scored big against the Jazz in the game with 31 and 34 points respectively to dominate the game. Anthony and Douglas scored 13 points in the first quarter for the Knicks while Jefferson in the Utah Jazz scores 14 points better than Anthony and Douglas did in the first quarter. Later at the end of the half the Knicks led by up to 18 points. The Knicks dominates through out the game as they win big against the Jazz by 22 points 131-109.
The New York Knicks are still at the 6th spot in the Eastern Conference and still improving and might get through the 5th spot where the Hawks are in while the Utah Jazz are still in the 10th spot but have more wins against the Suns who is still at the 9th spot in the Western Conference.
